UK Gender Pay Reports
ICU Medical is required as part of The Equality Act 2010 Regulations 2017 to report on the Gender Pay Gap (Gender Pay Gap Information). Under the legislation that came into force in April 2017, U.K. employers with more than 250 employees are required to publish their Gender Pay Gap.
ICU Medical has one UK legal entity that meets the requirement for this publication and this is : Smiths Medical International Ltd.
