We provide educational grants to nonprofit organizations supporting educational programs for current and future healthcare professionals, patients, and the general public.

Educational Grants Request Process

To apply for an ICU Medical grant, please complete the Educational Grants Request Form below and submit with the following documents:

• Official documentation of requesting organizations tax-exempt status (501(c)(3) designation letter, TIN, etc.)
• Statement of requesting organizations charitable mission
• Overview and schedule of educational program (educational grant requests only)
• Certificate of CME Accreditation and Letter of Agreement under ACCME, if applicable (educational grant requests only)

Educational grant requests must be received at least 60 days before the start of a program or event to allow the ICU Medical Grants and Donations Review Committee ample time to review. Requests submitted without the required attachments may result in a delay of your request’s review and approval. You will receive an email within 60 days of submission informing you of the committee’s decision. Please be advised that ICU Medical receives numerous requests for educational grants and may not be able to grant all requests.
