Purpose

At ICU Medical, Inc. (the “Company” and “ICU Medical”) we connect patients and caregivers through safe, life- enhancing medical devices. In pursuit of this endeavor, ICU Medical is committed to operating in a manner that advances environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices and promotes the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, and the communities in which we operate.

Scope

This policy applies to all ICU Medical employees, visitors, and contractors worldwide, as well as agents working on behalf of ICU Medical.

Compliance
ICU Medical will comply with applicable EHS laws and regulations in all countries in which the Company operates and its internal standards. ICU Medical will conduct assessments to ensure compliance with these requirements.

Continuous Improvement
ICU Medical will develop EHS goals and targets in partnership with key stakeholders to improve EHS performance.

Business Integration
ICU Medical will integrate our EHS commitment into operating systems to ensure the health and safety of our employees and thepromotion of environmentally sustainable practices. This includes incorporating EHS attributes into product design, manufacturing, distribution, and services that will reduce risk, improve EHS execution in our operations, and result in products that promote pollution prevention.

Environment
ICU Medical is committed to minimizing our environmental impact. To achieve this goal, the Company will reduce waste and prevent pollution through reuse and recycling, promote the use of renewable energy use, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and conserve energy and water wherever feasible.

Health and Safety
The Company will work to promote employee well-being by continuously working to reduce workplace hazards and risks.
